Dive Site The Caves of Los Abrigos
Los Abrigos is located in a small hidden bay, almost at the souther end of Tenerife. On the coast are two small hidden caves, whose entrances at flood are not more than eight meters deep. The first consists of only one chamber and goes about 10m deep into the rock. The second consists of several chambers and a partly broken ceiling. This creates very beautiful light game. You can hardly find a more colourful dive site on Tenerife than the caves of Los Abrigos.
There are sponges, crustaceans and anthozoans to see in various colours and forms. In addition you often meet moray eels, cephalopods and different species of perches.
